Manage travel arrangements & documentation for the Country Manager;
VP's and visitors. Handle, respond to and/or distribute enquirers, phone calls, emails & correspondence, keeping and accurate log & ensuring follow up action is taken. Coordinate and assist with the organization of conferences/meetings/training.
Perform special projects Coordinate invoices with Finance, safe audit, purchase orders and monitor expenses claims.
