Lead Product Designer
Working within the Artist & Content user group, I'm accountable for the experience, strategy and vision of the whole group and their users.
In partnership with leaders across Research, Engineering and Product Management, I’m actively working across multiple streams of design, identifying suitable practices, and utilising human-centred design methods to ensure solutions are both usable and desired.
Key stakeholder of a number of initiatives across the organization, my role is also focused on planning strategic design activities to support delivery teams goals while also aligning with business objectives and drivers from other parts of the organisation.
I'm also collaborating with San Francisco and Berlin offices on a daily basis to coordinate design initiatives and identify priorities for global projects.
A significant part of my role is dedicated to mentor and develop designers through coaching design thinking methodologies, coordinating activities to improve team collaboration, leading new initiatives to guide and inspire individuals, creating development models to help designers in their career progression, challenging team members with new ideas to help them identify alternative solutions to a user-problem, expanding our existing design toolkit & practices, upskilling and sharing knowledge to support a culture of continuous improvement.
