Firstly, manage P&L for a portfolio of cloud and software growth businesses, with a focus on digital engagement and customer experience, assembled mainly through a process of M&A selection, due diligence, acquisition and integration. Secondly, responsible for strategic planning and go-to-market execution enablement, including developing operating plans, enabling field execution, supporting key deals and customer success, and spearheading enterprise transformation initiatives such as cloud computing. During tenure at Verint played key role in driving double-digit growth through organic execution and multiple acquisitions. Verint EIS is an enterprise technology provider of customer relationship management (CRM), customer experience management (CEM), workforce optimization (WFO), strategic human capital management (HCM), and big data analytics solutions.

Grew the client base to include 18 of the top 20 US banks and the largest banks in the UK, Australia, and South Africa. Personal executive leadership in closing the company's largest worldwide sales transactions. Role also included successfully incubating and integrating GMT Corporation customers, employees, products and services following the sale of the company to Verint in 2011.

Transformed the business after joining as CEO including building the leadership team and talent base, scaling and improving sales execution, developing a partner channel sales network, retooling the products and services portfolio, shifting offerings to the cloud, expanding international operations, and divesting a non-strategic part of the business. Successfully grew the company over 6 consecutive years without outside capital and entirely though monies from operations. Successfully sold the business to Verint Systems in 2011.

Fueled the growth of the business through raising Series A and B venture capital and successfully scaled go-to-market operations and drove organic revenue growth.

Successfully built and led sales and marketing organization to secure blue chip customer base and establish leadership in a new market for in-store customer experience management analytics.

Co-founded and launched Cable & Wireless a-Services, one of the early cloud Application Service Providers (ASPs). A joint venture between Cable & Wireless (C&W) and Compaq, a-Services combined Microsoft software, the C&W cloud, and Compaq services and channels. For $99 a user per month, small businesses accessed cloud based productivity and email software. Responsible for product management, solutions marketing, sales and channel enablement, and business development.
