Two primary responsibilities in Verint's $700M Customer Engagement Solutions (CES) division. Firstly, manage P&L for a portfolio of cloud-based growth business units, with a focus on digital engagement, customer relationship management (CRM), and customer experience measurement (CEM). Achieved double digit growth through driving organic execution and acquiring and integrating multiple companies. Secondly, responsible for strategic planning and go-to-market execution enablement for Verint's EIS division, including developing long-term strategy and annual operating plans, enabling field execution, supporting key deals and customer success, and spearheading transformation initiatives such as cloud computing. Verint CES is an enterprise technology provider of CRM, CEM, workforce optimization (WFO), and business intelligence solutions.
