Secondly, responsible for strategic planning and go-to-market execution enablement for Verint's EIS division, including developing long-term strategy and annual operating plans, enabling field execution, supporting key deals and customer success, and spearheading transformation initiatives such as cloud computing. Verint CES is an enterprise technology provider of CRM, CEM, workforce optimization (WFO), and business intelligence solutions.

Personal executive leadership in closing the company's largest worldwide sales transactions. Role also included successfully integrating GMT Corporation following the sale of the company to Verint in 2011. Verint CES is an enterprise technology provider of CRM, CEM, workforce optimization (WFO), and business intelligence solutions.

Transformed the business after joining as CEO including building the leadership team and talent base, scaling and improving sales execution, developing a partner channel sales network, retooling the products and services portfolio, shifting offerings to the cloud, expanding international operations, and divesting a non-strategic part of the business. Successfully grew the company over 6 consecutive years without outside capital and entirely though monies from operations. Successfully sold the business to Verint Systems in 2011.

Fueled the growth of the business through raising Series A and B venture capital and successfully scaled go-to-market operations and drove organic revenue growth.

For $99 a user per month, small businesses accessed cloud based productivity and email software. Responsible for product management, solutions marketing, sales and channel enablement, and business development.
