I am a business leader with exceptional team development and management skills. My experience in business ownership and coaching along with the ability to lead and communicate at all levels has created a successful record of empowering people to maximise business success. Business and strategic planning in conjunction with experience in governance and driving company KPI's add to my ability to execute end to end business management.

Having started my own businesses and taken them through high growth, maturity and succession as well as consulting to businesses in a broad range of categories, I have developed a strong foundation of experience. 

Helping people improve their lives is my driver; I thrive on growing and developing people. I am looking for a new opportunity to join a SME and create great  outcomes for all stakeholders.


As a tourism business manager and an early market entrepreneur I developed my leadership and communication skills which have contributed to later success in business.

From 2005 I embarked on a sales career, quickly becoming sales manager for HRV NZ and then on to HRV Franchise Ownership for 10 years. Developing 2 businesses from start up in new markets through to maturity, succession and exit. 

After exiting the HRV business world I further developed my business knowledge and experience through Post Graduate Business School at Canterbury University and working as a business consultant for SME's in the Canterbury region.

Joining a Software as a Service Start-up in Auckland as Sales Director has been a great challenge in B2C and B2B sales and business development across the Australasian Energy Sector. Execution of strategy and exploring market channels with a great NZ technology product has been exciting.

I am now looking to invest my collective experience into a new challenge. My goal is to utilise my strength in aligning people to achieve success and  pursue my genuine passion for developing people. In doing this I will achieve extraordinary results.
