Recruitment & Selection

  • active sourcing via different channels in order to identify talents and top-performers within the industry and attract them in the company;

  • manage and coordinate all communication with candidates and the hiring teams;

Employer branding

  • develop the employer branding, job fair participation;

Internal communication
