- Manage office supplies stock and place orders to all vendors.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Management of Logistic Support and preparation of reports on expenses and preparation of office budgets.
- Ensure proper transport arrangements during HRD events, official tours, meetings, accommodation etc.
- Schedule in-house and external events with the coordination of relevant staff
- Management of in-house Janitorial and Security staff
- Inventory Management in soft and hard form of data and ensure periodic review.
- Assisting CEO & Operations.
- Maintaining utilities and ensuring uninterrupted supply, majorly internet and electricity backups.
- Contact details list management of all employees (to meet the requirement emergency cases), Vendors.
- Other Tasks assigned by Management.
