Marketing Director for the world's largest property group based on equity market capitalization of $59.6 Billion with investment interests in 124 shopping centers in 5 countries including 55 in the United States. Responsible for consumer and business marketing and communications for Westfield Wheaton, which is a 1.6 million square foot, 200+ business mixed-use retail and office property near Washington DC.

Developed marketing plan to increase leasing, traffic, and focus on the diverse ethnic market and increase NOI and ROI. Managed daily operations of center marketing department, including: implementing custom marketing programs, monthly ROI recap reporting, retailer productivity analysis and forecasting, property traffic analysis, B2B sales, management of customer experience, tenant relations, community outreach, government relations, special events, graphic creation/consultation, media relations, and developing the Westfield brand.

Responsible to expense management of any additional marketing subsidy funds granted and maintains accurate budgets and monthly forecasting

Member of Mondawmin Mall management team, located in Baltimore, Maryland during center's redevelopment.

Developed marketing plan which utilized online tactics, CRM management, media relations, and brand management. Managed daily operations of center marketing department, including: budget, customer service and gift card program, email marketing program, tenant relations, community involvement, special events, crisis management, graphic creation/advisement, sales analysis and forecasting.

Responsible for creation, sales, implementation and management of large scale marketing programs/sponsorships with national business partners.

Worked with various levels of Baltimore City government to coordinate local programs and initiatives for West Baltimore communities including health fairs, housing fairs, job fairs, and voter registrations.
