Automated the joining and exit procedure of the organisation, handled entry and exit/ termination formalities for 300+ people over a span of 6 months including orientation and inductions.
In-charge of employee engagement programs for Bengaluru office, with a staff count of 500+ people. Recently organised Diwali celebrations and various fun activities like Dubsmash competition, Bay decoration etc in office.
Handled payroll process for Bengaluru office including incentives, Policy Formulation & Implementation ,Payroll and Compensation Benefits.
