Designed and launched a peer support scheme for 340 first year Business School students. Organised focus groups to identify areas lacking in support, and designed framework for mentoring sessions based on student needs. Secured University funding for next financial year and created 40 volunteering opportunities for 4 th year mentors. Extremely positive feedback reported from both students and teaching staff since launch with Business School reporting lower 1 st year dropout rate in 2013.
