  • Ensure High Value Grace / churn Within AOP.
  • Competior plan analysis and providing input to the Marketing (U&R) team to desing competitive products for retaining customers

  • NESA has the lowest prepaid churn% nationally.
  • We have set new benchmark for CPC
  • I have been rewarded for reducing Grace & Churn .
