- Preventing Customers going into grace ( Service barred ) or reducing Grace
- Reducing Churn ( Customers going out of the network)
- Reducing Zero Usage customer for enhancing Revenue
- Ensure High Value Grace / churn Within AOP.
- Competior plan analysis and providing input to the Marketing (U&R) team to desing competitive products for retaining customers
- Ensuring maximum winback or recharges from Grace customers through various promo hence reducing Grace & Churn .
- Organizing customer engagement or delight activities for the Prepaid Customers.
- Doing various analysis on Pre-Grace / Post Grace customers and coordinating with the Marketing team for relevant products.
- Generating various MIS on Zero usage / Grace and enabling top level management to make decision on the same.
- Availing various offers to customers based on their usages and behaviors and calculating success rate of those promos.
- Daily tracking of Grace , Churn and Zero usage customers .
- Ensure Retention process adherence.
- Handling customer complaints.
- Coordinating with the Zones and sending Zone wise analysis to the zones .
- Daily extraction of Data from the Various server and BI(DB2) .
- Coordinating with MO ( mobility Office – Delhi ) and Sending data & Report as required .
