• Handling toll free calls for domestic and international holiday package related enquiries.
• Giving information to guests related to group tours for domestic as well as international.
I was a Team Captain, where I had a team of 8 employees under me, and my responsibilities were:
• Keeping team's attendance roster.
• Team's attendance and leaves approval.
• If any new product is launched, any guidelines/explications needs to be given then taking team's QCM (Quick Corner Meetings) weekly / monthly whenever required.
• Taking team's feedback related to packages / website received from the guest and forward it to our team incharge.
