·Directed the development of a fully web-based PHP/MYSQL Professional Services Business application, using change management processes to produce repeatable results throughout the PLC.

·Converted Intel-based Microsoft/IIS web application suite to platform independence using MYSQL / PHP running alternatively on FREEBSD or LINUX.

·Built and managed the Professional Services organization including: Consultants, Trainers, custom development, integration, and the help desk.

·Led efforts to transition the company from “Buy Everything” purchasing model to Leasing, which reduced cash outflow by over 25% per quarter.
