Presently handling a Team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Project Engineers, and Project Support Staff. To ensure that customer acceptance, handover and signoff of final deliverables is as per defined project scope. To monitor Quality assurance of new deliverables; Conducting new site Installation Quality Assurance Audits on regular basis and monitor the Impact of the new deliverables on the Network KPI's and Network Availability. To monitor the Project Finances, Establishment of monitoring system for utilization of the approved project finance; Monitoring the approval of Budget, Indents, PO's & MRN for actualization of Project Cost. To monitor the Delivery of Equipment's as per Project Schedule; Communicating with Commercial Team/Vendor for prioritization of Critical Deliveries required for Project. Monitoring the approval of WPC Clearance/SACFA Id's from the Government authorities. To monitor the Warehouse Inventory; To issue Liquidation Plan of Warehouse Inventory keeping constraints of Ageing/Space n Warehouse and adherence to Inventory Monitoring Parameters. To monitor the Supply Chain Management system; Availability of number of transporters, Monitoring the Quality/Time of Transportation and Impact of Packing/Indexing on the delivery of Projects. Management of Hired Vendors for Rollout-Identification, Evaluation and Selection of hired Vendors required for completion of Rollout.
