Created and designed online user training guides in PowerPoint and Word. This was done by analyzing current system documentation, new and existing requirements and by attending meetings with subject matter experts, software designers, and end users.

Created 150 training slides within a tight deadline of three weeks.

Developed flowcharts to explain complex processes.

Analyzed, updated, and revised current user documentation in MS Word. Wrote and updated documents for technical, grammatical, and formatting consistency and submitted them for review.

Documented incident records using Excel and worked with team to ensure incidents were corrected and/or resolved.
