Technical Support Supervisor
- Promoted to regional leadership role collaborating with other members of the Tech team.

- Responsible for a core Technical Support team comprising of thirty members spread over Middle East.

- Succesful completion of IT infrastructure for almost 45 Alshaya stores in Avenues Mall, Kuwait.
- IT infrastructure planning in progress for another 22 Alshaya stores in Avenues Mall Phase II
- Coordinating with team members in Bahrain for the new store openings in Bahrain City Center, Lagoons etc.
- Successfully completed the version upgradation rollout for Micros RES 4.0 for Starbucks store in Kuwait,Bahrain,Jordan,Lebanon,Egypt.
- Planning process started for version upgrade for Micors RES 3700 to RES4.0 for almost twenty restaurants.
- Conducting yearly performance appraisal for the team members.
- Member of the team who conducts interviews for selecting new candidates.
- Managed the IT infrastructure setup for the new casual dining and fast food restaurants at The Avenues Phase II which included Santoor,Sarai,Brasserie,Dean&Deluca etc.
- Managed the Micros installation for PF Chang's Bistro at The Avenues.
