Successfully transferred Telenor Device Connexion platform to GSC Ericsson Romania, as first level support core engineer. Mapped process flows and job aids for first line, according to Ericsson internal protocols.
Performed User Acceptance Tests for our first PushToTalk customer: tested redudancy on site, completed testing multiple calls scenarios. Active and accurate UAT reports contributed to a successful onboarding.
Demonstrated great involvement for PushToTalk project in an early phase, by participating to trainings at the vendor site, offering remotely support to potential customers, assisted 3rd parties in performing tests, documenting technical information.
Transferred activities through training sessions and work-shops to first level group. The documented trainings helped them in gaining competences.
Contributed to the group targets by decreasing MTTR and increasing the number of incidents resolved directly in first level.
Improved monitoring procedures, considering the gaps revealed during incidents, by constantly collaborating with the Cacti team. This conducted to a better oberview of the VAS systems status.
