Privately funded wholesale floral.   Consulting controller for  Corefino, outsource cloud computing accounting firm.  FAS 123R, SOP-97 for software developers and Internet portals.  Standardize charts of accounts, set up accounting controls, due diligence standards. Work with staff located in India.   Software Implementation Projects: Sage Pro implementation for software start up. ACCPAC conversion for 30 year old scientific standards manufacturer.  Starvox Communications: Post acquisition work on reverse merger. As part of team brought financial reporting current, document financial processes and policies, general ledger close, prepare state tax filings, outside reporting, account analysis, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

  With over 20+ years of diverse high tech and biotech financial experience starting at Intel, Ms. Snow is a seasoned financial executive who can steer operations management through downturns so they are strongly positioned when economic conditions improve.  A strategic manager,  she is able to provide hands on support if required.  She has a special interest in working with non-profits.  

  Ms. Snow is the past  2009/2010  Event Chair for the American Cancer Society's Cupertino Relay For Life, which raised $53K in 2009 and $98K in 2010.  She is past  President  for Toastmasters International Chapter 1577, San Jose and is a prior VP of Membership for San Jose Toastmasters.


Special interest and training in fraud detection and prevention through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
