While site analysis was underway, aggressive recruitment of industry, increased occupancy from meager 30% to 75% inside 90 days by utilizing online booking platforms. Recommendation at contract term, was to liquidate and sell hotel.

Coordinated and installed online banking platform with utilization of IVR (interactive voice response system) and call center staffing for additional banking service tasks.Designed and implemented measurement and tracking technology and practices to quantify and monitor customer impact incidents. Authored and installed specific cross sell and up sell training modules to insure client resolution and product diversification.

Completed transitional changes while reducing staffing by 25%, empowering employees to deliver superior customer service within established parameters, knowing that each action had consequence while utilizing Best Practices to enhance client experience.

Successfully consolidated all retail floor customer service positions to city wide centralized call center. Designed, center with appropriate vendor selection to administer technology installations, trained staff in resolution based service techniques, whose effectiveness was measured and reported via online tracking systems established to insure client satisfaction. Interfaced daily with other senior management to cohesively administer organizational strategies, operational efficiencies and new product introduction. Participated in all community events and committees requiring local banking presence and representation. Completed integration and all assigned objectives of contractual agreement, within 12 months, and requested early release to assume similar role with Norwest Banks.
