Responsibly train clients effectively that will help them reach their goals. Throughout the training session we educate them on what exercises to perform and why so they have the knowledge to do it on their own. As a personal trainer, we keep track of their progress for their weight, body fat percentage and measurements. In addition to their training program we discuss nutrition and advise the clients on the proper foods they should be eating to aid in their goal of weight loss and to gain muscle mass. We are also responsible for setting up fitness orientations to aid in getting new clients.
