Project Manager• Order Express Infrastructure Migration and Expansion Aug 2010 – May 2011Directed the $7.6 million dollar migration and enhancements of Cardinal Health’s Web based ordering system for Independent, Retain Chain and Acute Care customers.  Project included a Platform Refresh Strategy, conversion of all existing hardware to Linux platform and virtualized servers utilizing VMware, upgraded the IBM Websphere platform to next major version (version 6 to version 7), migrated production environment to new Data Center, and expanded hardware capacity and software licenses to support 20k additional Hospital segment users on current web ordering platform.• IBM InfoSphere DataStage ETL Conversion Aug 2009 – Aug 2010Managed a $1.7 million budget and a cross-functional / globally dispersed team of 35 individuals in the conversion from Informatica ETL technology to IBM's Information Server’s DataStage ETL version 8.1 technology. The project converted and implemented over 850 Informatica objects to DataStage within 4 months resulting in no impact to the business, 100% transparency.
