As Vice President of Education for CallSource, my responsibilities included working with clients throughout the implementation phase of the learning management system as well as creating custom on line training programs aimed at increasing utilization and engagement. Additionally, I collaborated with advisors and the corporate team in identifying and establishing curriculum development goals for on line training programs.During my role as Director of Training and Education, I was responsible for assessment and implementation of training programs aimed at improving performance. Additionally, I created the first stand alone training department and developed successful on boarding and new hire training programs.
