As Vice President of Education for CallSource, my responsibilities included working with clients throughout the implementation phase of the learning management system as well as creating custom on line training programs aimed at increasing utilization and engagement. Additionally, I collaborated with advisors and the corporate team in identifying and establishing curriculum development goals for on line training programs.During my role as Director of Training and Education, I was responsible for assessment and implementation of training programs aimed at improving performance. Additionally, I created the first stand alone training department and developed successful on boarding and new hire training programs. I was project lead for the successful implementation of the learning management system and created internal leadership development programs aimed at increasing employee retention.As Regional Education Director, my responsibilities included overseeing the training and employee development needs for over 700 employees located in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. Worked collaboratively with regional, divisional, and national leadership in identifying training needs and implementing programs. Worked with education team in the development of all training programs including the company-wide leadership program.
