- Work with clients for the purchase and sale of residential homes.
- Serve as a customer service professional who receives direct sales calls and handles customer support issues.
- Assist customers in the evaluation, appraisal and listing of residential homes for sale.
- Take customers to potential homes, provide guided tours and assist team members when showing homes.
- Do initial research on area homes to find comparison properties.
- Hold presentations, conferences and classes in the community to assist individuals in the home buying and selling process.
- Prepare accurate sales agreements within critical timelines.
