Oversaw procurement of supplies and equipment through acquisition and government contracts and managed Government Purchase Card program, as well as using the Automated Supply requisition and acquisition computersystems; negotiated prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders. Implemented new or improved supply chain accountability processes and procedures. Evaluated and select information or other technology solutions to improve tracking and reporting of materials or products distribution, storage, or inventory. Coordinated and executed unit, supply and equipment movement in accordance with base realignment and closures with no loss of equipment or supplies from Germany to the USA and movements within Germany. Conducted multiple equipment inventories and inspections with senior command officials with no discrepancies or loss of property.
