As Brand Identity Strategist,) Report to the Brand Systems Manager for India(South Asia), on parallel report & work with GMU team Asia Pacific & Worldwide Brand System Team. Work with HR, RESO and Content Creation teams in adherence to the IBM guidelines to ensure provision of brand management to the clients. Act as an SME for IBM Brand, IBM Brand Character and Value-Based Brand Strategy to all business units of IBM. Improve and lead all initiatives on client, employee, community, investor and business partner experience across Business Units. Support the development and implementation of brand strategic vision, goals and plans. Conduct assessments of programs, market and competitive activity and recommends strategies for brand campaigns. Managed Smarter Planet Reference Program with a target of 18 publications, 3 named reference for 2012, contributing 15 references through reference identification. Ensured that the references meet all criteria set by the WW team. Conducted 4 Enablement Sessions for internal teams and vendors in 2012 on all aspects of brand management and guidelines. Established a process with RESO and GMU Team for corporate branding across new locations, enabling uniform employee experience and brand communication.
