Duties were; Managing Front Office activities-Check in/Check out; Billing; Reservations; Guest Relations; Managing a Front Office Team of 4 persons; Health and Safety Procedures within the Hotel; Managing the Housekeeping and Stocks-Hiring and Training employees. Looking after the Maintenance Aspect of the Hotel; Managing the web Reservations (different extranets used). Follow up on Client Satisfaction and complaints. Maximisation of Hotel Revenue with the use of Yield Technique Analysis-Set up of the Yield Technique Analysis tools.
