Lead Instructor

Northwest School of Animal Massage

Instructor for both the large and small animal massage practitioner certification courses. The courses are offered in a distance learning and practical session format.  I provided online support for the students during their distance learning portion and taught the hands-on skills in the classroom portion of the courses.  I assisted in the revision of the basic curriculum and creation of two new curriculums including writing, editing, and formatting of the materials, activities, and quizzes as needed.  I performed various office tasks including student enrollments, database maintenance, customer service by phone and email, and record keeping.  I was also tasked with creating teacher's guides and streamlining office procedures.
