Although l have concentrated on the area of Hairdressing l have gain a lot of experience in business plus l have done a number of extra tertiary course.

I am extremely confident in;

Staff management plus hiring and firing.

Buying of Stock both for the business itself and for retail sale.

Working to a budget and understanding cash flow requirements and business costs such as wages, utilities, rent, stock, accountant fees, business taxes etc.

Marketing including sponsorships, TV, radio, Newspaper, direct mailing, loyalty cards etc.

The incredible amount of paper work it takes to run a business today.

Training and assessing of Students and apprentices.

Basic computer skills using word, excel, office, and powerpoint plus a couple of extra accounting packages.

And l can even sweep the floor and make a mean cup of coffee.

Anything else that l would need to know or if you do things differently to the way l do, can easy be learned. I am a quick study and will do what is needed to make a business successful.
