Digital Community Manager
National Cattlemen's Beef Association
Responsible for communicating online with target audiences through two-way conversations. Discover and manage how to best share content in the digital landscape and serve as the brand voice online and on various social media properties. This position requires a strong storytelling and writing focus and delivers interactive content to reinforce the positive brand image as well as deepen engagement from the target audience.
•Manage and create content for the beef brand social media and online accounts like "Beef. It's What's For Dinner." Facebook Page, YouTube Channel Twitter handle, Pinterest account etc.
•Monitor and identify online conversations the beef brand should engage and interact with including social media channels and blogs.
•Work with agencies to create and direct effective interactive content for the beef brand, includes promotional and advertorial content.
•Understand and incorporate best practices for developing communities including social listening, and reviewing analytics and measurement tools to always be effective with beef content.
•Serve as a project manager/liaison for brand's digital communities and work collaboratively across teams and agencies
•Stay up to date on new digital technologies, tools, best practices in relation to social media engagement, measurement and food trends.
