A short description of available network monitoring tools and their comparison table are also presented. Legal framework for Network Monitoring is discussed in brief.

Description: This project uses the combination of Embedded systems technology and ZigBee wireless communication technology. The sensors and GSM device are used for alerting the doctor for any emergencies.
