Executive In-flight Services
- Manage a base strength of 300 + crew, manage daily operation of the in-flight department, for an on time performance.
- Liaison with customer relations team, service auditors & other departments to resolve all internal/external complaints on time.
- Motivate the team during their briefings and keep them updated on new processe
- Engage with the crew and ensure all their issues pertaining to working conditions are resolve Appreciate and counsel the crew on a time to time basis
- Conduct audit checks on board an aircraft to ensure all the procedures are followed as per company standards.
- Monitor, maintain of mandatory documents as per civil aviation requirements.
- Report to higher management about lapses and suggestions which can be considered
