Lead Office Manager

In this role I supervised three Office Managers and worked closely with the Medical Records Coordinators in four Outpatient Clinics to help coordinate the daily activities of the front office. IĀ  also assisted in the hiring and training of new Medical Records Coordinators. I verify insurance benefits for existing and new Individuals, enter charges, and obtain in-network and out-of-network authorizations. I review records for accuracy in billing and documentation and complete monthly billing audits on thirteen programs. I also work closely with the Performance Improvement Director on completing monthly PI reports.
