About Shannah Hall

Shannah Hall, a principal of the Cambridge Real Estate Company in Massachusetts, has nearly 30 years of experience in the field. Ms. Hall entered the real estate industry as vice president and director of leasing for Cambridge Development and Investment Associates (CDIA). In this role, she led the high-profile Porter Exchange Development Project, located at 1815 Massachusetts Avenue in Porter Square, Cambridge. Responsible for converting 220,000 square feet of space formerly leased and occupied by Sears-Roebuck into a thriving mixed-use shopping and office complex, Shannah Hall helped develop the merchandising concept for the building, and headed up the leasing of the complex. Thereafter, Shannah Hall joined the Commercial Division of Hammond Real Estate in Cambridge, Massachusetts where she was the director of retail leasing. An accomplished business research professional prior to transitioning into real estate, Shannah Hall joined CDIA after serving as personal secretary to the partner-in-charge of Touche Ross and Company's New York office. Prior to that she was assistant to the Director of Practice Development at Touche Ross, New York, where she was responsible for client research and managing the client and prospective client breakfast meetings featuring speakers such as Brendan Gill, James "Scotty" Reston of the New York Times, Beverly Sills and others. Ms. Hall now leverages her knowledge of both organizational development and real estate toward the success of Cambridge Real Estate Company and its clients.
