Manager Started work as a glass collector, learned the bar trade, worked shift hours etc. Progressed to managing the bar and supervising staff(50 staff in total). Responsible for cash:-closed off tills, counted the night's earnings(up to a total of€ 30, 000), balance the ledgers with the takings, recorded all data and prepared lodgments to Allied Irish Bank.
