• Built an organization that is currently a leader in delivering comprehensive energy efficiency solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers within the South East marketplace.
• Successfully built the South East Business Unit and executed 1, 2, and 3 year strategic business plans.  
• Developed project specific “win” strategies to include establishing national programs with key customer, supplier, manufacture, and subcontractor relationships.  
• Recruited and hired experienced sales, engineering, and operations staff to join me and build the South East team.

Response System, Wireless Building Control Systems, Plug Load Controls, Thermostats, Commercial Led Lighting, Industrial LED Lighting, Explosion
Proof LED Lighting, and Exterior LED Lighting,

• Complete ASHRAE Level 1, 2, and 3 audit to compile a realistic baseline to compare energy and operating savings of the proposed measures pre- and post-energy project implementation. This level of detail provides the confidence required for major capital investments. 
• Effectively utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) software to include the industry standard illumination design to include current illumination and control systems in comparison to proposed illumination and controls. This process includes basic illuminance from electric and daylight sources within individual environments in a BIM model. 
• Successfully design, manage implementation, and commission wireless/wired network building management systems equipped with intelligent control software using a variety of non-proprietary / proprietary control devices including sensors, fixtures, programmable thermostats, and plug load controllers.

Responsible for leadership, guidance and hands-on participation to ensure all project implementation activity is completed in adherence to customer expectations and internal quality standards. Responsibility also included that all projects are installed in the scheduled timeframe while maintaining a high level of focus on safety, profitability, and exceptional customer service.

• Successfully continually enhance customer relationships during the implementation portion of the construction process by taking ownership in developing and managing project plans and schedules. 
• Proactively acted as liaison between local facility staff, sub-contractor relationships, SmartWatt project execution team, and our regional team members.
• Dynamically Work with Project Development staff to coordinate implementation handoffs and develop project strategies, goals and objectives.
• Actively monitor, control and report performance of projects including finishing on time, finishing under budget, meeting requirements, keeping customers happy, and keeping team members happy.
