Project Description    : Deals with Anti-Money Laundering and Financial Management Software Solutions. Prime, Memento and Office of Foreign Assets Control(OFAC) are the software Products developed y FIS, and we provide software solutions for the 150 + clients in United States of America. The line of business includes mostly of Commercial bank transactions. The application deals with Anti-Money Laundering, customer-account transactions and provide regular OFAC updates for our clients. This is a 24/7 application with no downtime.

Processing:

The Processing System used extensively and consists of the following modules:

  • Anti-Money Laundering
  • Finanacial Crime Management
  • Customer-Account Transactions
  • Office of Foreign Assets Control under the financial intelligence and enforcement agency of the US.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the application – Issue coordination, support etc.
  • Job monitoring via Control-M tool and analyzing server logs via DataStage tool, UNIX and Windows servers.
  • Receives and manages application related complaints; records, prioritizes, follows up, reports, resolves or assigns to ensure timely and adequate closures.
  • Develop, execute and follow IT operational policies, standards and work instructions for customer support.

Project Description    : Liberty Mutual’s Commercial Markets Claims processing for both Personal Lines (PL) and Commercial Lines (CL) are handled in this application. The line of business includes property, Workers compensation, Auto and general liability. The application deals with Reporting a claim, Wage compensation, Internal and external reporting, First Report of Injury, Integrated customer access management etc. This is a 24/7 application with no downtime.

Online Processing:

The Online System used extensively and consists of the following modules:

  • Claim Management
  • Wage compensation
  • Customer Account Management
  • Reporting Claim
  • Service Center Operational Optimization Tracking and Reporting
  • First Report of Injury and their distribution to the intended customers

Claim Processing:

  • Claim gets registered through the application, and claims related to Workers compensation flows downstream to ExPRS. Property, Auto and general liability related claims moves downstream to VIA Claim Center.

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the application – Issue coordination, support etc.
  • Job monitoring via ESP workstation tool and analyzing server logs via blade logic tool and Informatica.

Project Description    : Liberty Mutual’s Commercial Markets Claims processing for Commercial Lines (CL) is handled in this application. The line of business includes Workers compensation only. The application deals with Reporting a claim, Workers compensation, Internal and external reporting, Medical disability management etc.

 Batch Processing:

  • Claims gets registered either through application or by an external application, and only claims related to Workers compensation will be registered. 
  • One of the most critical application in Liberty Mutual as the batch timing starts from 11:00 PM EST and will extend until 06:60 AM EST the next day.
  • Daily retrieval of claims submitted during the online hours and their processing to the subsequent downstream applications happens during the batch time.
  • Close monitoring of the batch cycle is mandatory as any delay might cause the next entire business day not to function 
  • All financial transactions regarding the claims is taken care by the downstream applications

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting the application – Issue coordination, support etc.

  • Job monitoring via ESP workstation tool and analysing server logs via blade logic tool and Informatica.

  • Coordinates and stays abreast of client requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous status information. 
  • Monitor critical infrastructure systems through industry standard monitoring tools like CA ESP WorkStation and systems.
  • Tracking down incidents and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Preparing monthly reports customized with the help BMC Remedy and HP Service Center.
  • Deployments performed for application enhancements.
  • Responsible for impact analysis and estimation.
  • Reviews, checks, analyses and manipulates process data to monitor and maintain familiarity with all production activities and status, to identify existing or potential problems.
