Mr. Rahim co-founded SR Capital Partners in 2008. Prior to that, Shaffiq was a member of the Leveraged Finance group at Barclays Capital, in New York. During his time at Barclays Capital, he has covered several industries, including: Media/Entertainment, Industrials and Paper/Packaging. Shaffiq's experience focuses on leveraged transactions, including: Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Management Buyouts (MBOs), Recapitalizations, Spinoffs, and Debt Financing for Non-Investment Grade Corporates.
