  • Serves as a Principal Level Training and Development Specialist in support of the Counterintelligence Special Agent Course (CISAC) conducted at the TASS Reserve Training Center, Ft. Devens, MA. Provides service as a full time instructor and training developer to instruct, develop and update training products to meet the needs of current and future counterintelligence training.  Provides training in conducting investigations of national security crimes such as espionage, treason and subversion.  Trains students in: processing counterintelligence evidence; preparation and distribution of counterintelligence reports of force protection information; performing counterintelligence support to force protection operations; conducting  liaison operations; maintaining counterintelligence files and databases.
  • Realistically, accurately and convincingly portrays CI walk-ins, sources, and subjects in a variety of role playing scenarios in diversified settings and environments. Such practical exercises, situational exercises and tests require the contractor to: memorize critical data contained in each role; be sufficiently familiar with each role so as to portray assigned roles with little reliance on or referral to the role script; convey information and data in response to students' correct and proper questioning and elicitation techniques; simultaneously completing Student Evaluation Sheets in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms; conduct post role verbal critique and retraining; complete written evaluations of students' performance in accordance with Government provided references, procedures and forms.
  • Recently appointed Phase lead for Counterintelligence source operations.

  • Conducted background investigations on a full-time basis in support of national security, focusing on casework for the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

  • Responsible for the training and mentoring of six CI Agents on two CI Teams in Regional Command-East.
  • Served as a CI Agent in the Task Force Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority (TFCICA), CJTF-82, managed requirements for Military Counterintelligence Collections Operations.
  • Provided technical control over CI collection, sources, analysis and reporting; coordinated and deconflicted CI liaison with higher and adjacent units, services, national and other agencies.
  • Developed and implemented Afghanistan Theater of Operations Preliminary Credibility Assessment Screening System (PCASS) training, certification and Standard Operation Procedures for a CI Team.
