When not working I enjoy running. I took it up about three years ago and enjoy competing in 5ks, 10k and half marathons. It is a very disciplined sport which adheres to my tastes.  Also with a little bit of dedication you can see improvements almost everyday.

I also enjoy spending time with family and friends. With this move to Utah all of the friends and family will be in Louisiana so I will begin again. I look forward to the adventure.

Art is very much a passion of mine. Museums are glorious places and I would happily get lost in any one of them.

My other passion is travelling. I can not seem to do enough of it. The ultimate goal would be to see the world one day, but I will settle for as much as I can get.

To acquire a position in office management or as an Executive Assistant with an established company with the goal of making it a lifetime career.

General Manager

The Cleaners of Ruston

As the General Manager of The Cleaners of Ruston I was responsible for the day to day operations of a small business with two locations that employed anywhere from 15 to 25 people at various times. I was responsible for the hiring, firing, training of all employees. My focus was on customer service and production. Every day was about getting the job done in the most efficient manner possible producing the highest quality possible. In my 16 years at The Cleaners we went from an entirely paper document store to being fully computerized. This transition was my responsibility from start to finish.  Each day my duties varied. Being a small business, as the General Manager, if someone was out and their position could not be filled by another I did their job. The motto was do whatever you have to do to get the job done and finish out the day with no orders left over. It was busy, fast paced and invigorating.
