Responsible for global program management of strategic hiring initiatives including sales hiring campaigns and software ramp campaign.  Developed and delivered recruitment strategy including employment advertising campaign in partnershp with TMP. 

Previously Strategic Leader of Sales Hiring in the Americas.  Duties included recruiting top sales talent to the US and program management for all sales recruiters.  Supervised sales recruiting team focused on major account hiring.

Globally responsible for development and implementation of strategic initiative staffing strategy to ensure that HP is hiring the top talent in the technology industry. Deliverables include weekly global staffing dashboard tracking key metrics including cost of workforce, cost of hire, time to fill, source of hire, utilization of graduate hiring, and diversity. Lead benchmark study of top sales performers in US storage sales to assist staffing and hiring managers increase quality of hire. Implemented successful project to hire over 1000 people globally in first half FY 08 for HP Software including employment branding, employee referral program enhancement and internal employee value proposition. Decreased number of agency hires, increased number of employee referrals and exceeded hiring goals.Prior to current role managed team of recruiters focused on sales recruiting for TSG. Duties included recruiting top talent as well as building a team focused on attracting and hiring sales professionals throughout the US. At this time was also the Americas Sales Recruiting Lead.Prior to HP, ran successful executive search firm focused on identifying top talent in the technology industry Clients included Compaq Computer Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Silicon Graphics, BMC Software, and Xerox Corporation.Expertise in usage of computerized applicant tracking systems including Taleo and Recruitsoft.Primary career goal is to positively impact organizations through identifying and hiring the key talent to increase their profitability.
