I have academic and professional experience in health informatics as well as a variety of other experiences including being a licensed veterinarian and IT Consultant. I have also previously founded and exited my own software based veterinary startup for which I designed the medical record systems. These experiences have made me an expert at learning in understand complex technical requirements quickly and creating solutions both business and technical groups alike appreciate.
Lead a team of freelancers to design, implement, and support cloud migration strategies of web and mail services to be hosted by AWS. Improvements include increased site performance and redundancy through implementation of Route 53 DNS, Cloudfront (CDN) and Elastic Load Balancer (ELB) auto-scaling policies of servers for peak usage times.
Coordinated the design of a platform built on AngularJS and Parse to create an "Uber for Vets" Service that would allow veterinarians to earn more money and charge clients less by performing veterinary service in the comfort of their own home. Raised money from Venture Capitalists and from Y-Combinator and grew over 50% Month over month revenue.
Provided IT consulting services on a variety of projects from clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies.

Designed and organized a migration path for the Windows NT domain structure to a Native Mode Windows 2000 Active Directory that was configured to be dynamically synchronized with Novell e-directory accounts using LDAP for the largest transportation and logistics firm in Germany.
Performed Third level support for the Microsoft Corporation under a support contract Compaq had with Microsoft for their Corporate Infrastructure running an Active Directory Structure and their Internet Infrastructure still using the traditional Domain model in a 24/7 Data Center environment consisting of over 10, 000 servers and an Active Directory Catalog with over 45, 000 users
