Cyril Le Goabe was the Senior Technical Specialist at M.H Alshaya company W.L.L, in Kuwait from 1999 to 2002.

During his contract with the company, Cyril played an important role in restructuring the IT department and bringing it in line with the business functions, needs and requirements. He was the mastermind behind the GFI (Goods Flow Initiative) on the Kerridge Systems, which was the biggest project ever taken by the IT department. He also contributed a lot on systems integration, software design and development. He is a hand-on person whenever the need arises.

Cyril also played a major role in implementation of IT service management programs and IT service management best practices including drafting of IT policies. He is a self-starter and with a lot of initiative and drive.

He managed his team well and encouraged innovation, team spirit and gave a lot of support to the IT operations’ department. He interacts well with teams to identify prioritise and propose current and new business requirements in information technology. He is dependable and has a pleasant demeanour, and work well with people. His management style has been always to encourage his associates at work to use their initiative to achieve quality IT services to ensure that business systems are robust, high performing and secure, and to achieve best results.
