Sylvia Williams

Summary

I would like to work as a professional mental health counselor, either full-time or part-time. I have worked as a group counselor in Shelby, NC, and also interned at the Women's Outpatient Day-treatment Substance Abuse Center under LARADAC (Lexington & Richland Counties Alcohol/Drug Abuse program in Columbia, SC) and at the Columbia (SC) Urban League's Medicaid Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention program. I have a Masters in Counseling degree (2006), a BA in Art degree, and I am a Board Eligible LPC. (I need more supervised post-graduate hours to be a fully licensed LPC, but I have passed the LPC exam). I can work in a private practice or non-profit setting.
