Customer Development - Project Intern

-Learning how to understand customers, detect important customers and develop relationships with them

- Customer Relationship Management using SPSS, SAP BI and OLAP, data analysis, applying CRM and data mining techniques, working closely with sales, marketing and finance departments.

-Portfolio optimization project of UCZ account: Comprehensive financial (in terms of sales) analysis (including pipeline analysis) of UCZ Discount Markets in order to understand the overall situation of UCZ Markets and identify the risks and problems that pose a challenge for the business between Unilever and UCZ, by reviewing the correlation between the store opening trend of UCZ and its contribution to Unilever. Spotting the sales trends of each Unilever product (29 in total) in UCZ markets and forecasting future sales trends of each product. Optimizing portfolio by eliminating the riskiest ones.

-Analyzing the mixed boxes sent to discounter channels (Bim, A101 and UCZ) and optimizing the content of the boxes so as to decrease turnover time and increase sales and revenue ultimately.

-BİM & A101 market share analysis: Nielsen, Hard Discounter market share analysis and coverage rates between OLAP and Nielsen.
