Customer Service Manager
Responsible for overseeing front-end operations and providing daily shift floor coverage. Meets customer needs by providing fast and friendly service and making recommendations, or providing advice, on money services and products offered by Walmart.
Job skills include:
- Training new hires, troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and communicating changes in policy to front-end associates.
- Motivating associates to reach daily and monthly sales goals and educating associates and customers on the benefits of money services and products offered by Wal-mart
- Cash handling, auditing, performing money services such as: money orders, credit card applications, returns/exchanges, and bill pay.
