I've been managing a team of 24, developing and maintaining three telecom (OSS and BSS) applications.
- Work with the legacy system. Organization of Knowledge transfer process from the US based customer team to the GlobalLogic.
- Managing and supporting full project development cycle from the project initiation to the ongoing delivery.
- Working with the distributed teams devided between three cities and two continents. (2 teams in Ukraine and 1 in USA).
- Working with Waterfall development metodology based on ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards.
- Tracking and maintaining Labour Margine project goals.
- People management activities to support controlled persolnnel atrition.
- Development and implementation of retention activities.
- Risk assessment and management.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones, tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Day to day communication with customer line manager representative.
- Monthly reporting on executive meetings with customer.
- Taking part in exteranl and internal audits.
