Media Manager / Tech Support
Position involved developing a website (WordPress) and providing tech support for a local yoga studio that has been operating for the past 15 years. The process entailed the setting up of specific web features and add-ons (amongst other requests) in order to prepare for its subsequent 2016 launch.
Administrative support was also provided for matters including but not limited to: client registration, payment, and sign-in as well as MailChimp and the facilitation of weekly emails/news updates.
Designed promotional materials including flyers and event updates to be distributed around downtown Kuala Lumpur and local community boards for expatriates.
Managed and further established social media presence for Yogshakti through platforms such as Facebook.
