Having 10 years experience in production and quality departments of international companies as production engineer, department chef and hygiene&quality manager, I worked for the certification of installation of ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in Ankara unit of the company I currently work. Duties and responsibilities that I assume helped me develop a systematic method and strategic perspective for the work to achieve the desired results. I would like to continue my personal and leadership development in an upper position.

In 2011, I worked as the project manager for fresh food departments and led the project preparation and pre-opening processes in Tesco Kipa's Isparta store. I managed all pre-opening processes of fresh food departments (setup, legal information labels, order, trial production, shelf layout, production plans, staff training, coaching) and coordinated the audit preparations of the store. With the dedicated efforts of my team I work with, Isparta store has received the value award from the CEO as the most successful store in its first audit (Food Safety-Quality-OHS) among the new opened about 30 stores.
