Responsible for relocation services for establishing and local companies, particularly assistance in  their needs for suitable premises.

Currently special task  to encourage foreign and domestic private real investments in Oulu worth 300 MEUR annually. This is team work with colleagues, companies and organizations. Includes  promotion of Oulu and investment opportunities for investors and developers, e.g. at MIPIM events in Cannes.

Coordination of the cooperation on strategic and operational levels between BusinessOulu and Urban and Environmental Services including e.g. town planning, zoning, marketing and increasing private real estate investments. This kind of co-operation existed not before 2011. Secretary of the monthly meetings.

Developed the online service Business Premises and Commercial Lands (toimitila- ja tonttipörssi) 

Gave an idea and concept of Private Real Investment Portfolio of the City of Oulu. Targeted investments are now agreed together with the branches of the city government.

Asked to work with real estate transactions after the child care leave. The shares of KOY Oulunsalon Aeroportti were sold after challenging negotiations with all stakeholders and the serviced office's  location and business model were reorganized.

As marketing manager responsible for both marketing activities and the leasing of the premises.

Oulunsalo Development Company was established to support companies to grow and create jobs as well as to attract new companies to Oulunsalo. "As there were neither rentable premises for companies  nor revenue in Key, I  started the real estate business by establishing property companies and leasing constructed premises. Besides that I created the serviced offices business (Key Offices) with business incubator services. To get equity for new projects I sold two of the property companies before I resigned due to the birth of second child. This whole long period was very successful as we could finance all company group's activities by real estate business and we were also able to achieve the stated targets. Occupancy rate was high during the whole period."
