Responsible for: 

  •  Monitoring alarms and incidents reported by network management systems (HUAWEI M2000, U2000, CACTI), across all technologies and correlating alarms, which are due to a single failure
  • Analyzing impact of alarms or failures on network services and defining alarm severity levels according to a pre-defined level matrix
  • First line troubleshooting, fault isolation and analysis
  • Further troubleshooting of LTE Customer Premise Equipment, switches and routers, fault isolation and analysis
  • Providing remote assistance to field team
  • Raising and updating trouble tickets for customer complaints and requests
  • Performing initial assessment of network incidents and customer complaints
  • First line resolution of customer complaints or network incidents otherwise activate escalation to the appropriate expert pool or field operation center
  • Following up resolution of all incidents and monitoring resolution according to agreed QoS targets
  • Escalating to management about critical problems and/or incidents not solved within QoS targets
  • Informing impacted customers on status and progress of their complaints
